Sweathawg for the Hard Hat
I bought one of these to try mid-summer and it performed very well on the most hot and humid days. Got another to switch out once a week.. Very pleased with the performance of these over many other sweatbands I've tried over the years. Works great and best of all American Made. Worth every penny for the comfort these provide in my opinion.

Sweathawg hard hat sweatband
Very comfortable sweatband. I've only had it about a week so I haven't been able to test its longevity, that's why I bought two. They were 20 bucks a piece so they should last a while. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I had to do a little surgery on my MSA V-Guard hard hat to get it to wrap around so the velcro strips lined up. I took a razor knife and carefully cut off the cheap Sweat Band that was already in the hard hat. Also had to trim some of the plastic off the head strap that you tighten manually to get it to fit. Now just me doing that might have voided the warranty of the hard hat in case something were to happen and it will come back on me because I " altered" the Hat. Just something to think about when making these things. Maybe you should make the sweatband a little bigger for a more Universal fit.

Excellent
This is the most comfortable headgear I have ever had for my hard hat. First day using it I was in a plant/boiler room working at ceiling height all day. My forehead was kept cool and dry by my Sweathawg band. End of the day - no discomfort or sweat rash. Top product, worth every penny.

I had to alter my hard hat band to accommodate the sweat hog . It was too small to wrap around the band and Velcro to itself. Other than that, the product it phenomenal. Excellent absorption and comfort. A must have .

I want to thank you
I want to thank you, I have had the hard hat sweatband for a couple of weeks and it is a very welcome, well worth addition. No more pools of sweat in my glasses as I work. The fact that it is machine washable is great. I ordered two, one for the hard hat and one to replace it once it needs to be washed. Thank you again, I will be suggesting your product to my crew.

Something that actually works!
